The vision and objectives of God's Perfect Will Ministries, Inc. are encompassed in the following: As a church, we are to build a body of believers and be a soul-saving station and outreach center to the world (Mark 16:15).To help lead, guide, counsel, and encourage all believers to flow in the direction of the Holy Spirit in order to grow and develop the call of God's perfect will in their lives (Hebrews 13 :21).To help train and equip God's people to become leaders that will, in all manners, support the growing vision and ministries of His Church (Acts 16:5). Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world; but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God" (KJV)

    Terry Allen, founder and Pastor of God's Perfect Will Ministries, Inc., was a sixteen year member of Mount Nebo Holy Church, Inc., under his mentor Bishop Larry E. Williams, where he served in numerous departments and committees. In 1994, God called him to the ministry. Two years later, he became a member of Blessed Trinity Church of Deliverance, Inc. For four years, he served as a licensed minister under the leadership of late Dr. Ruby Prideaux, Pastor. In 2002, God ordained and called him to form God's Perfect Will Ministries, Inc. On August 26, 2004, the church was incorporated. Pastor Allen continued to prepare for the ministry by enrolling in and graduating from a two year leadership program at Set the Captives Free Outreach Center under the direction of Pastors Linwood and Karen Bethea. The conviction of God's Perfect Will Ministries, Inc. and Pastor Terry Allen is to teach and preach the uncompromised Word of God, to exalt the Lord Jesus Christ who is the Living Word of God, and to restore the relationship of mankind, which was lost, back to
